SMS Terms & Conditions of Use
By opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive customer care and account notification SMS messages from BrightView Care and its service providers at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated or non-automated technology and may include administrative, informational, scheduling, application-related, and service-related communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary by user and based on interaction. BrightView Care reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. To participate, you must have a text-message-enabled mobile device with an active text messaging plan. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and text messaging may not be available in all areas. BrightView Care, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
BrightView Care is able to deliver messages to most major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, and other regional or supported carriers. Carrier availability is subject to change.

Cancellation
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which messages are sent. After opting out, you will receive one additional text message confirming that your request has been processed. If you opt out of one BrightView Care SMS program, you may continue to receive messages from other BrightView Care communication programs you have separately opted into, including non-marketing or transactional messages related to active services, unless you separately opt out of those programs.
Program Purpose
SMS messages sent by BrightView Care are intended for non-marketing purposes only, including but not limited to:
- Application and onboarding updates
- Scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Administrative notifications
- Care coordination and service-related communications
SMS messaging is not intended for emergency, urgent, or clinical communications. Do not use SMS messaging to report medical emergencies or situations requiring immediate attention. In the event of an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting a mobile opt-in form, application form, intake documentation, or other BrightView Care communication process that includes an affirmative consent checkbox or acknowledgment.

Privacy
Information collected through SMS communications is subject to BrightView Care’s Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Mobile contact information will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative consenting on behalf of a minor or dependent.
Changes
BrightView Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SMS messaging or these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting.
